This was a commission from the Lorien Trust, a LARP (Live-Action Roleplay) events group. The brief was to create a throne in a fantasy-medieval style for the fictional Pendragon dynasty. The throne needed to be flat-pack so it can fit into the back of a car and assembled in the field. As LARP events are held outside, the throne also needed to be waterproof.
