Over lockdown I wanted to challenge myself by making a puppet Gyarados from Pokemon. I created the puppet out of EVA Foam, PVC pipe, latex, plumbing springs, canvas, and painted it using a combination of Plasti-dip, Flexipaint/Acrylic paint mixture. The squirting mechanism is created using a battery operated camping shower and a bottle of water mounted inside the head.
 
I made the Trainer outfit out of sewing together several different swimming costumes, painting a hat and modifying a white hoodie.

I intend to take the puppet and costume to the next Comic Con.
